Department Logistics Reports to Logistics Manager
Contract Permanent Site Hume International Head Office, Charlo
Hours Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00


Minimum Qualification and Experience

  • Matric.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2 Years’ administrative or logistics related experience.

Main Duties/Key Results Areas

  • Print and complete clearing instructions and send back to Clearing Agents.
  • Check draft entries and advise on approvals/queries.
  • Request EDI documents from Clearing Agents.
  • Request VOC’s where required.
  • Print and sign release letters and send back to Clearing Agents.
  • Upload documents on the Dashboard.
  • Update Dashboard on clearance status where required.
  • All and any other related tasks & duties as expected from the employer from time to time.
